Insurance & Direct Billing

Currently we are registered with benefit plans under Telus E-health, Provider Connect (Green shield), NIHB & Victim Services . We are still covered under insurance plans not under these platforms, but billing will not be direct: payment will be made via jane and a receipt emailed to the client for them to submit.

Please Note: not all health benefit plans allow mental health practitioners to direct bill- even if they are listed under the above mentioned platforms- to insure counselling is able to be direct billed, please reach out to your plan provider.

Any insurance that is ran on jane, and rejected or denied will be billed using the card (debit or credit) on file and an receipt sent via email.

If you wish to use e transfer to pay, please inform your counsellor and they will make mention of it in the note section.

If and when you have exhausted your benefits, please provide proof and your counsellor will discuss the process of transitioning to a sliding scale until benefits renew, or a new benefit plan is obtained.
